MEET YOUR TRAINER & NUTRITIONIST 

Brooke has been a certified personal trainer for 7 years and a registered holistic nutritionist since 2018. She is also a British Columbia peace officer and has travelled throughout the province during her career. She knows firsthand the importance of maintaining proper nutrition and fitness when it comes to working in law enforcement.

 

Brooke is excited to work with you at any stage of your career – whether you’re training for the application fitness test, you’re preparing for academy PT, or you’re well into the job and looking to fine-tune your diet and exercise.
